No Skidding Epicote 77300 Series is a low VOC, heavy-duty, Solvent borne coating designed for use on interior or exterior concrete, metal, and wood surfaces. This one component product is epoxy and polyurethane modified for enhanced resistance to abrasion, repeated washing, marring and many chemicals such as grease, oil, alcohol, mild solvents, weak acids and alkalis. Available in a variety of gloss, ready-mixed colors, this finish is ideal for factory floors, warehouse, garage floors, showrooms, and service station floors as well as railings, catwalks, storage tanks, equipment and many other applications.

All surfaces to be painted must be clean, dry and free from dirt, grease, wax, oil, rust, mildew, chalk, soap residue, efflorescence, loose paint and any other foreign matter. New concrete or masonry surfaces should age at least 30 days old before being painted. Powdery concrete must be repaired to a sound surface before painting. Concrete that is smooth troweled or suspected of treatment with chemical “de-icers” should be etched with dilute muriatic acid and rinsed thoroughly with clean water before painting to promote bonding. Follow acid manufacturer’s label directions for proper use and recommended protective equipment. Unsound or rotting wood must be replaced before painting. This coating may be applied directly to properly prepared bare metal. Glossy surfaces should be scuff sanded to promote the maximum adhesion of this
product.

Stir thoroughly and apply without thinning by brush, roller, or spray at a rate of up to 350 sq. ft. per gallon. Square foot averages may vary depending upon surface texture and porosity. This product is dry to walk on or recoat in 24-36 hours under normal conditions. Cool temperatures, high humidity, heavy film thicknesses, or poor ventilation will extend drying times. Clean up equipment immediately after use with paint thinner or mineral spirits and dry for storage. Follow solvent manufacturer’s label directions for use and recommended protective equipment.
